Ace Machining Limited is in the business of manufacturing precision parts for our customers in construction, marine, fabrication, R&D and green energy fields. We pride ourselves on providing superior machined products using our precision equipment (Traditional manual mills, lathes, CNC, Swiss Machines, Waterjet, Deburring) coupled with our welding fabrication skills onsite and remote. We have grown to be one of the largest single job shop facilities in Nova Scotia, we are Canadian Control Goods Certified as well as CWB CSA W47.1. We are proud to be one of the only facilities east of Quebec to offer a Tornos Swiss Style machining and we have seen an increased need to build on this opening in manufacturing within Nova Scotia. Since 2008, Ron Wallace and Andy Race have built the company to be a leader in our industry and today we boast a diverse seventeen nationality workforce committed to quality.
Ace is the place, where our customers ideas and our focus on precision work merge to produce on-time quality parts, done right the first time. We are Aces above the rest.
Within our 31,200 SQFT facility, we operate a clean and safe working environment, with a dedicated Safety team. Our team members take pride in our safety record and strive to keep themselves and those around them safe. Our management and Safety team, through a combination of effective administration, education and training ensure any potential risk is minimized or eliminated. Safety is not just a word, it’s a culture we apply each minute of our workday.
We actively separate our waste streams, recycling paper (Scotia Recycling), our used computers (LakeCity Reboot) and all types of metals, doing our little part for the planet.
